advertising your property on the Internet and taking all bookings. These
bookings can be made in conjunction with those you take yourselves and no
bookings would be accepted without prior approval of the owner. We already run
a successful letting service for our own property with many repeat bookings
from satisfied visitors so we are aware of all the pitfalls that can occur
and a security deposit is taken and held until after the visitors have
returned home and the property has been checked by whoever is responsible. Our rates are reasonable and the areas covered are
the South Dordogne, The North Lot et Garonne and the Eastern Gironde. Other
